Jordin Sparks was born Jordin Briana Sparks on December 22. She found fame when she won the sixth season of American Idol and is now an American actress, model and pop/R&B singer. She is the youngest contest to win the American Idol title and she soon after released her first self-titled album in 2007, the album went on to sell well over 2 million albums worldwide. Because of You – Her first fragrance is making its debut at Macy’s stores everywhere in October and you can bet your bottom dollar Jordin’s going to be there! If you play your cards right you may even catch her live and in person at your local Macy’s.
MTV VMAs – They may be over but you won’t find any better recent footage of Miss Sparks herself and if her sassy award presentation at this year’s movie awards proved anything it’s that she’s not afraid to speak her mind.
Regis and Kelly – Jordin is slated to be on LIVE! sometime in the next few weeks to promote her fragrance line but there’s no word yet on whether or not she’ll sing. Let’s sure hope so!

She is now 21 years old, but she has been singing ever since she was a young girl. Sparks life changed forever when she decided to audition for the sixth season of “American Idol.” The competition during that season was very stiff, but Sparks came out on top and was crowned the “American Idol.”

Sparks has went on to do some very great things, but the she credits a large portion of her success to her appearance on ” American Idol.” She returned to the show earlier this year to perform her latest single “I am Woman.” The crowd was very happy to see the former “American Idol” and they went wild when she performed. It was really nice to see the singer return to the joy that catapulted her into superstardum.
